Washington D.C.

So, this last weekend it was time for our annual trip to Washington D.C. for the Redskins football game! They were playing the Cleveland Browns and we lucked out because I was just 3 days away from my travel cutoff date for flying pregnant! We stayed in Alexandria this time and on the day of the game we tried to get some more sightseeing in before the game started at 4:30.

Our first stop we went to Ford Theatre (Which is closed for remodeling) but across the street is the House where Lincoln died.

We were a few blocks away from the White House so we headed up that way...When we got there we were informed that the Grounds of the White House are open to the public two time a year once in the spring and this weekend! So, we got to walk up the famous South Grounds and go right up to the house! It was so COOL!

Vegas BABY!

So, Billy has been home for almost a month but it seems like life still hasn't totally slowed down! His first weekend home we took a quick weekend trip to Las Vegas for his little sister Lauren's wedding. Her (now) husband James had joined the army and was leaving for boot camp Oct 7th!

They were going to go down to the court house in Ogden to get married but Billy and I talked them into letting us take them to Vegas for the weekend with a little help from his parents! So, I booked us flights, we stayed at the New York, New York and they got married at The Little Chapel of the Flowers (Carmen Electra & Dennis Rodman where married there) We had lots of fun I took Lauren to a spa the day of the wedding and we got massages, manicures and pedicures! After the wedding we went to an awesome dinner at Boa steakhouse! We relaxed for a couple days and I went to the Titanic Exhibit (Thats the history buff coming out in me!) Lots of fun!

8 Months Pregnant!

So, I am actually 33 weeks now...Here is a new pic! I am blowing up!

Riley!

So, most of you know that my constant companion that keeps me company all the time is not my husband but my boxer, Riley! I haven't put up any pictures of here recently! So, I thought I should! She is 8 months old now and if you recall this spring when Billy was talking about starting a family and try for kids I opted to get a dog instead! Well...4 days after I got Riley I found out I was pregnant! So, it have be hard but mostly a comfort to have her with me through the morning sickness and while Billy is gone! I love her very much!
